Senior Operations Consultant
As Senior Operations Consultant you will be responsible for managing Sealy Dewberry’s day to day operation. The successful managing operations consultant will have sound technical and leadership, project management, strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and effective skills in leading change. The Senior Operations consultant should be decisive and exhibit judgment skills to seek advice when required. This position is responsible for leading and pro-actively managing operational excellence within our organization. The position will be responsible for consistently providing timely, accurate and professional customer service to customers and channels of business. The specific functional responsibilities include but not limited to service delivery and customer service.
Requirements:
- Master of Business Administrator;
- Minimum 5 years operations management experience specifically in the service industry with measurable and demonstrable achievements in the implementation of strategic plans and process improvements/objectives of a major operation;
- Knowledge of customer service processes and systems, and developments in market and competitive conditions. - Conceptualizes and applies “best practices” and alternative approaches;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to employees and customers;
- Proven ability to recruit, train and motivate personnel to balance staffing strengths with profitability and growth;
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing using the English language; and
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
