Senior Human Resource Consultant.

As Senior Human Resource Consultant you will act as a generalist for human resource activities. Duties include, but are not limited to employee relations, workforce development and job design including management of recruiting/staffing, training delivery and coordination, operational issues/strategic planning, and benefit planning. Your responsibilities will include situational client analyses to identify and resolve actual and potential workforce development problems. As Senior Human Resource Consultant you will serve as an advisor to our clients on matters relating to various personnel actions, implements recruiting, hiring, and retention strategies. You will provide comprehensive progress reports to our external and internal clients; you will also be responsible for the development of Sealy Dewberry’s Human resource management team as well as the executive management team.
